Hawthorne Mason provides project origination, client consultation, contractor introduction, coordination, and project reporting services. Hawthorne Mason is not a general contractor, does not perform construction work, and is not the general contractor of record on any project.
Construction services are provided by GridStone, Hawthorne Mason’s licensed construction partner, under a separate written agreement entered into directly between the client and GridStone. The scope, schedule, pricing, and terms of the construction work are governed by that agreement.
Hawthorne Mason is a Brookmont Capital Ventures Company. Hawthorne Mason and Brookmont Capital Ventures LLC are under common ownership and are separate legal entities.
